Customs & Duties

Please be advised that any customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination and where applicable, may be levied once the parcel arrives at the destination country. Payment of any of these applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer and not Save Our Souls Clothing Limited. If in doubt, please contact your local customs office before ordering.

Please ensure that shipping details are correct when ordering. We do not accept liability for items that are shipped if incorrect details are given. If an item is returned to us as incorrect shipping details were given, or delivery was attempted but not possible, we refund the item once returned to us minus shipping costs.

Monthly items such as our SOS 50 Club Limited Boxes are shipped on the date specified on the product page. Any standard items purchased in the same order will be shipped together.

Standard items purchased with any pre-order item(s) will be shipped together.

ORDER LOST IN TRANSIT

In very rare occasions a package may be lost in transit. We are unable to provide any refund or replacement until 23 business days after dispatch for the UK, and 35 business days after the expected delivery date for overseas orders. If an order is showing as delivered, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement and you will need to contact Royal Mail to make a claim for the value of your items.This does not affect your statutory rights. We will not make exceptions to this.
