In very, very rare occasions a package may be lost in transit. We are unable to provide any refund or replacement until Royal Mail declare the package as lost, which happens 20 business days after the expected delivery date for the UK, and 35 business days after the expected delivery date for overseas orders. We will not make exceptions to this.
Please be advised that any customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination and where applicable, may be levied once the parcel arrives at the destination country.
